§ I. Currently

What I'm working on

I'm in my senior year of Computer Engineering at Kyungdong University. My senior thesis was on temporal prediction of heart defects from chest X-rays, a CNN trained over the CheXchoNet release that reached AUC 0.79 to 0.84. The current research picks up where the thesis pointed: waveform-level signals, specifically non-invasive intracranial pressure estimation in pediatric neurocritical care. Bidirectional LSTM on ABP and CBFV, leave-one-patient-out across 12 patients, current best MAE 2.92 mmHg.
